As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, every decision we make serves people, not gain. This keeps us aligned on quality, integrity, and keeps the program accessible.
We help family caregivers get the relief they need by giving their loved ones the care they deserve.

Today & Together was founded to provide an excellent, cost-effective alternative to existing options such as live-in memory care communities and 24-hour home care. Our concept was born out of a desire to increase options for dementia care and a conviction that caregiving must be humanized, individualized, and sustainable for both the participant and the caregiver.
Our founders bring decades of senior care expertise and a commitment to ethical, high-quality operations designed to support caregivers and provide exceptional care for older adults with a diagnosis of dementia or other care needs.

The People Who Make It Possible
Today and Together is committed to being Best of Class in Adult Day Programs.
Our staff are highly experienced and trained to care for people with dementia or other care needs.
Beyond their professional abilities, our staff are committed to serving our participants and families.
Each staff member has chosen to work with individuals with age-related dementia as well as those who need assistance for physical reasons. For our staff, it is not just a job but a calling to service.
The program available to the participants at Today & Together is exceptionally diverse and personal.
We offer vibrant activity options throughout the day to fit the interests and abilities of each individual participant.
Our building has eight different activity rooms, ranging from large to small, that enable the program to offer a wide variety of programming. In addition to its indoor activity spaces, we have a beautiful, secured garden for participants to enjoy.
Today & Together is equally committed to the caregivers of our participants.
Not only does the program provide needed respite for the caregiver, it also supports the caregiver with counseling and strategies on how to care for their loved one while making sure the caregiver thrives in an often difficult situation.

Located on the Hanna Center campus in Sonoma Valley, Today & Together offers a safe, peaceful environment designed for small-group enrichment and personal attention.
The campus provides access to nature, light-filled spaces, and the infrastructure of a trusted nonprofit partner already dedicated to and contributing to community well-being.
Hanna Center is a non-profit in Sonoma, California, that offers a system of mental health, training, residential, and community support services to improve the well-being and mental health of youth, families, and communities. On our own and together with others, we disrupt unhealthy cycles to achieve lasting outcomes.
